Breathe: I have a new relationship with breathing. I used to breathe unconsciously. In Sarah’s practice, I have learned to take each breath with intention. Inhale love, gratitude, joy!! Exhale stress, resentment, exhaustion, and overwhelm. This has helped calm me BEFORE I start to stress.
I am in the universe!! Feel the tingle on your skin from the energy rushing into your body

My body and I join together as one. Tingle without borders!! Inside of you. Outside of you! There’s no distinction. What an empowering feeling
